We are looking for a machine operator to help our production cycles by operating and maintaining the machinery in our gear manufacturing plant. You will be required to set up machines before the production cycle, control and adjust the settings of the machines and feed raw material for semi-automated machinery. Your contribution will help increase the efficiency of our production flow and therefore better the output.

|| Responsibilities ||

– Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle.

– Ensure the machines are regularly checked and cleaned.

– Monitor and control the machine performance and settings.

– Inspect machinery with appropriate tools.

– Feed raw materials into semi-automated machines and help the assembly line.

– Fix any issues or malfunctions that may occur.

– Check the output of the machines and identify any issues.

– Inspect the specification of the product during gear manufacturing process.

– Prior experience as a machine operator (Gear Hobbing/broaching/turning/grinding) is preferable.

– Strong knowledge of a heavy duty and high-speed machinery.

– Good physical stamina and keen attention to detail.

We are looking for an organized, experienced store keeper to be responsible for all stock (Machining Tools) management for our Gear manufacturing plant.

|| Responsibilities ||

– Issue correct tools to the machine operators.

– Keep a record of machining tools issued and received in the store accordingly.

– Maintain the record of tools stock life.

– Keep an updated database on all of the tools information and defective units.

– Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized.

– Liaison between production supervisor and machine operator.

As the quality inspector, you will uphold the safety regulations of our company and supervise the production process to guarantee that all our products meet quality expectations.

|| Responsibilities ||

– Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.

– Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.

– Read blueprints, plans and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.

– Measure product dimensions such as linear and nonlinear dimensions, lead and profile tester, CMM and     profile projector etc. examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications.

– Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.

– Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.

– Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.

|| Production Assistant ||

We are looking to hire a skilled maintenance engineer to install and maintain industrial equipment for our Gear manufacturing plant.As a maintenance engineer, you will be required to install new equipment, conduct routine maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment faults in the plant machinery such as drilling/turning/broaching/hobbing/shaving /shaping/VMC machines etc.

|| Responsibilities ||

– Inspecting equipment and conducting routine maintenance.

– Servicing and replacing old or faulty equipment.

– Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.

– Removing old equipment and installing new machines.

– Regular periodic/preventive check-up and documentation.

– Proving technical support and training on new equipment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Preparing statutory accounts using Tally software.
2. Maintain &, Co-ordinate and communicates with the auditors.
3. Finalising the accounts at the year end.
4. Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
5. Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
6. Recording and filing cash transactions.
7. Controlling credit and chasing debt.
8. Invoice processing and filing.
9. Processing expense requests to complete company objectives.
10. Bank and customer’s transaction account reconciliation.
11. Book keeping procedures to be followed and recording the same.
12. Liaising with third party vendors, clients and suppliers.
13. Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.

REQUIREMENT:

1. Holding appropriate Degree in Accounts field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experiencein Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
